ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does it take to process my order?

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of placement. Orders are handled on weekdays only—any orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting Monday. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

 

When will I receive tracking information?

You'll receive tracking details via email once your order has been processed and shipped (within 1-3 business days). Tracking typically becomes active shortly after dispatch.


Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Worldwide expansion is coming soon.

 

What are your shipping times?

  • United States: 8-10 business days after dispatch
  • International (Canada, UK, Australia): 8-10+ business days after dispatch

Delivery times begin once your order leaves our facility.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Shipping costs for orders under this amount are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Which carriers do you use?

We ship with trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, USPS, and other reliable services to ensure your order arrives safely.


Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we ship to both PO boxes and standard residential addresses. However, we are unable to ship to military addresses at this time.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they've been placed due to our fast processing system. However, you can return items within 30 days of delivery if they're not quite right. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Our system will detect invalid addresses and display an error before you can complete checkout. Please ensure all address details are accurate during the ordering process to avoid delays.


Can I redirect my package after it's shipped?

No, we're unable to redirect packages once they're in transit. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.


Do you offer shipping insurance?

Yes, shipping insurance is available as an optional add-on during checkout for extra peace of mind.


Are customs fees and taxes included in my order?

Yes! All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in the product prices you see at checkout. You won't encounter any surprise fees upon delivery.


What if my tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received my package?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please take these steps:

  1. Check alternate locations: Look around your property, with neighbors, or at your building's front desk—carriers sometimes leave packages in secure spots.
  2. Review delivery notes: Check your tracking for any carrier notes about where the package was left.
  3. Wait 24-48 hours: Occasionally tracking updates before actual delivery.
  4. Contact us: If you still can't locate your package after 48 hours, email us at office@trendlies.com with your order number and tracking details. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. This email includes your order number, order summary, and shipping address. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, contact us at office@trendlies.com and we'll resend it right away.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.


Which items cannot be returned?

  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" or "Last Chance"
  • Items that have exceeded the 30-day return period
  • Any item returned worn, washed, or damaged (unless the damage was our fault)


How do I start a return?

Returning is easy! Simply email us at office@trendlies.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.


Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You'll need to arrange and pay for shipping back to our warehouse using your preferred carrier.


How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll process it within 10-14 business days. After processing, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 30 business days depending on your bank. You'll receive email notifications when your return is received and when your refund is issued.


Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get exactly what you're looking for as quickly as possible.


What if the item I want to exchange for is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you won't be able to exchange for it. We recommend signing up for restock notifications on product pages (coming soon) so you'll be notified when items are back in stock.


Can I return bundle or multi-pack items?

Yes, but bundle and multi-pack items must be returned as a complete set with all individual pieces, tags, and original packaging intact. If any items are missing or damaged, the return may be rejected.


What about BOGO (Buy One Get One) deals?

BOGO promotional items follow the same return policy as bundles—all items from the promotion must be returned together in their original condition with tags attached.


What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

We're sorry if something arrives damaged! Here's what to do:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
  2. Email us immediately at office@trendlies.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue
  3. Our team will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs

We stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right.


Do I need proof of return shipment?

Yes, we strongly recommend keeping your return shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is processed. While we can't track your return for you, having this proof protects you in case of any shipping issues.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods for your convenience:

No, we don't charge any additional fees for using standard payment methods. However, your bank or payment provider may have their own policies—please check with them if you have questions.


Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

No, only one discount code can be applied per order. Choose the code that gives you the best savings!


Can I apply discount codes to sale items?

No, discount codes cannot be combined with items already on sale or marked as Final Sale.


Do you sell gift cards?

Digital gift cards are coming soon! Once available, you'll be able to purchase them directly from our website and send them via email to friends or family.


If I order right before a sale starts, can I get a price adjustment?

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer price adjustments or refunds for orders placed before a sale begins. We recommend waiting for promotional periods if you'd like sale pricing. Sales and promotions are announced via email—join our mailing list to stay updated!

How do your items fit?

Can I be notified when an item is back in stock?

Restock notifications are coming soon! In the meantime, follow us on social media or check back regularly for restocks on popular items.


How should I care for my TRENDLIES pieces?

Care instructions are included on product tags and descriptions. For best results:

  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
  • Turn garments inside out to protect fabric and prints
  • Hang or lay flat to dry (avoid high heat in dryers)
  • Iron on low heat if needed

Can I return sale items?

Regular sale items can be returned within 30 days following our standard return policy. However, items marked as "Final Sale" or "Last Chance" are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are clearly labeled on product pages.


How do bundle deals work?

Bundle deals allow you to purchase multiple coordinating items together at a discounted price. Items must be purchased as a set to receive the discount.


Can I return individual items from a bundle?

No, bundle items must be returned as a complete set with all pieces, tags, and original packaging intact. Partial returns are not accepted.


Can I combine bundle deals with other promotions?

Yes! Bundle deals can be combined with other active promotions unless otherwise stated. However, discount codes cannot be applied to bundles already discounted.


Do gift cards expire?

Yes, gift cards have an expiration date. The specific expiration period will be clearly stated when gift cards become available.
