Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping Time: 7-10 business days
Total Delivery Time: 8-12 business days from order confirmation

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Coverage

We offer standard shipping to all addresses within the United States, including:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • P.O. Boxes (where applicable)
  • APO/FPO military addresses

Note: Delivery times may be extended for P.O. Boxes, rural areas, and military addresses due to additional processing requirements by postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed and applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • Carrier information and tracking link
  • Delivery status updates

You can track your package 24/7 using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Delivery Attempts & Package Handling

Delivery Requirements:

  • Someone 18 or older must be available to receive the package
  • Signature may be required for high-value orders
  • Packages will be left at the delivery address per carrier policy

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • Carriers typically attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • After failed attempts, packages are held at local facility
  • Customer is responsible for pickup within carrier's timeframe
  • Packages returned to sender due to failed delivery may incur reshipping fees

Address Accuracy & Changes

Your Responsibility:

  • Provide complete and accurate shipping address
  • Include apartment/suite numbers and correct ZIP codes
  • Double-check address before completing purchase

Address Changes:

  • Must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
  • Contact customer service immediately at office@trendlies.com
  • Address changes after shipment are not possible
  • Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or return to sender

Delivery Issues & Resolution

Lost Packages:

  • Report lost packages within 15 days of expected delivery
  • We will investigate with the carrier
  • Replacement or refund will be provided once loss is confirmed

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect package upon delivery
  • Report damage within 48 hours to office@trendlies.com
  • Include photos of damaged packaging and items
  • We will coordinate replacement or refund

Undelivered Packages:

  • Packages returned due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status
  • Customer responsible for original shipping costs
  • Reshipping requires payment of new shipping fees
  • Refund available minus original shipping costs and 15% restocking fee

Holiday & Weather Delays

Holiday Periods:

  • Shipping may be delayed during major holidays
  • Extended processing times during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Holiday shipping cutoff dates will be posted on our website

Weather & Circumstances:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, and other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or force majure events

Shipping Restrictions

Prohibited Shipping Addresses:

  • Freight forwarding services
  • Mail forwarding services
  • International shipping services

High-Risk Areas:

  • We reserve the right to require signature confirmation for deliveries to certain areas
  • Additional security measures may apply based on location

Customer Responsibilities

  • Be available to receive packages during normal delivery hours
  • Inspect packages upon receipt
  • Report any issues within specified timeframes
  • Pay applicable shipping costs and fees

For high-value orders, shipping insurance is included. Additional insurance may be purchased at checkout for enhanced protection.
